The Foundation of Energy Security

Lithium, Silicon, Rare Earths — The Pillars of Tomorrow

India’s journey toward carbon neutrality relies heavily on securing the raw materials essential for renewable technologies. From lithium for EV batteries and silicon for solar cells to rare earth metals for wind turbines, Australis New Energy’s Company A plays a foundational role by establishing control over these mission-critical inputs. Our global sourcing strategy, from Latin America to Australia and Africa, ensures stable, long-term access to these minerals.

This vertical integrates strategic exploration, trade alliances, and processing partnerships, making us self-reliant and globally competitive. As India looks to eliminate import dependence in the clean tech sector, our mineral sourcing business acts as a shield against global volatility, enabling stable cost structures and scalable manufacturing capabilities across the SGRE ecosystem.

Strategic Reserves, Smelters & Refineries

India's First Fully Integrated Green Mineral Processing Chain

Australis is setting up India’s first vertically integrated green mineral value chain — from raw ore to battery-grade lithium hydroxide and solar-grade silicon. By localizing critical processing infrastructure such as lithium refineries, rare earth separation plants, and quartz-to-silicon facilities, we ensure ESG-compliant and traceable raw material supply for our downstream manufacturing arms.

Our planned refinery in Maharashtra, powered entirely by renewables, aims to process up to 100,000 tonnes of raw lithium concentrate per year. Coupled with indigenous R&D and collaborations with premier institutes like CSIR and IITs, we’re unlocking efficiencies and reducing the carbon footprint of our supply chain.

Securing Supply Through Global Joint Ventures

Mining the Future with Trusted Global Partners

To ensure uninterrupted material flow, Company A has secured strategic offtake agreements and joint ventures with upstream mining companies across key jurisdictions. These include lithium producers in Australia, graphite sources in Mozambique, and rare earth mining partners in South America. Our equity investments and forward contracts are designed to give us pricing stability and first right of refusal on critical exports.

These joint ventures go beyond resource access — they include technology sharing, sustainability benchmarking, and responsible mining practices in alignment with global standards like the IRMA and ESG reporting frameworks. This global-local strategy ensures we meet both operational and ethical benchmarks.

The ESG Edge in Mineral Supply

Transparent, Sustainable, and Compliant from Source to Cell

Australis New Energy ensures that every mineral sourced is tracked, audited, and reported through our ESG intelligence platform. We are building India’s first blockchain-based traceability system for raw materials, ensuring every ton of lithium or silicon processed is conflict-free, low-carbon, and meets investor sustainability criteria.

Our raw material vertical directly contributes to India’s Atmanirbhar Bharat mission by reducing the green energy sector’s reliance on foreign materials. For global investors focused on Scope 3 emissions and responsible sourcing, our fully traceable, zero-carbon supply chain presents a uniquely investable opportunity.
