Our Vision for Clean Industrial Hubs
Strategically Positioned. Globally Benchmarked. Nationally Relevant.
Company L leads SGRE’s foray into green hydrogen—from large-scale electrolyzer manufacturing to green hydrogen production, logistics, and use-case deployment.
We’re setting up India’s first modular hydrogen production parks integrated with renewable power and advanced water management systems. These facilities will serve both domestic decarbonization and global export demand.
With industrial corridors requiring clean feedstock and hydrogen emerging as a cross-border energy carrier, Company L enables India to leapfrog into the next energy paradigm.
Cluster Locations Under Planning
A Distributed Network for Maximum Energy Impact
Our first phase targets high-impact, government-supported regions with strong logistics, demand proximity, and clean energy potential. Each cluster ranges from 500 to 1,000 acres, featuring zoned areas for manufacturing, utilities, logistics, and export operations.
Planned Locations:
- Aurangabad Green Hydrogen & Ammonia Cluster
Export-grade hydrogen & green urea infrastructure near major ports. - Pune Battery Storage & EV Hub
Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) fields, EV charger networks, and leasing operations. - Nashik Solar PV Manufacturing & EPC Base
Central India’s turnkey solar and hybrid EPC development zone. - Nagpur Smart Energy & AI Automation Zone
Integration hub for AI-powered energy ops and renewable trading platforms.
- Dhule Wind-Solar Hybrid Park High-potential wind corridor merged with utility-scale solar for hybrid grid contribution.
- Jalna Circular Energy Materials Cluster Focused on lithium, rare earth processing, and mineral-to-module value chain.
Key Components of Each Park
Integrated Energy Ecosystems, Not Just Industrial Plots
Every Australis park is a future-facing ecosystem combining clean power, advanced logistics, and manufacturing capabilities. Designed to be plug-and-play, these clusters are aligned with PM Gati Shakti, Make in India, and RE100 goals.
Each Cluster Includes:
- Utility-Scale Renewable Installations (Solar, Wind, Hybrid)
- Green Hydrogen Electrolyzer Facilities
- EV Infrastructure + Battery Swap Corridors
- BESS Grid & Microgrid Capabilities
- Carbon Capture & Circular Economy Units
- Export Zones with FTZ/SEZ Potential
- R&D Labs, Skill Centers & Data Infrastructure
Investor & Government Participation
Built for Public-Private Collaboration and Global Capital
Each park offers blended investment models—land partnerships with state governments, debt/equity options for EPC players, ESG funds, and infrastructure capital via Green InvITs, Masala Bonds, and Multilateral Climate Grants. Strategic anchor partners are invited to co-develop, co-own, and co-operate these world-class assets.
Partnership Opportunities:
- State Industrial Development Corporations (e.g., MIDC)
- Sovereign Wealth Funds and Climate Investment Platforms
- Anchor Tenants for Hydrogen, Solar, EV, or BESS
- Universities & Tech Institutions for localized innovation
- Vendors, EPCs, and clean-tech startups for pilot zones
Why Our Clusters Are a Strategic Moat
Interconnected Energy Networks that Multiply in Value
Australis New Energy’s cluster strategy builds network effects—raw materials from Company A flow into Company B’s gigafactories, which power Company D’s EPC deployments across these parks. This internal value chain keeps costs low, execution fast, and profits defensible. Every park is a node in a national energy brain, strengthened by AI intelligence, policy support, and global partnerships.
Execution Roadmap & Timelines
2025–2030: Building the Green Backbone of Bharat
All clusters are currently in planning, with land identification, feasibility studies, and government consultations underway. Groundbreaking of the first cluster is scheduled by Q2 2026, with phased commissioning of all 6 major hubs by 2030. We are on track to develop over 6,000 acres of clean industrial land within this decade.
Milestones Ahead:
- Q3 2025 – Master Planning & MoUs with State Govts
- Q1 2026 – Start of Land Development & Utility Infra
- Q4 2026 – Anchor Tenant Confirmations & First Pilot Runs
- 2027–2030 – Multi-GW Installations & Global Export Readiness
